Digital technologies in determining the designed equipment integral quality indicator under lack of information

The purpose of the study is to develop practical recommendations for determining the economic efficiency of the designed equipment in conditions of a lack of information, which allow performing multivariate calculations in an automatic mode. Research objectives: to investigate the possibility of using the developed digital technology when performing calculating work in design production. The object of research is the educational process in terms of the implementation of course projects and final qualification works by students of engineering specialties. In addition, the proposed software product can also be used in specialized design departments, where a significant part of the accompanying design work is associated with high labor intensity and is performed manually. Assessing the possibility of using existing traditional methods for calculating the economic efficiency of new technology (or adopted design solutions for individual components and assemblies), it should be noted that they are insufficiently consistent in modern conditions. The timely approach in the development of practical recommendations is the use of the developed innovative software product "REENT", i.e. calculation of the economic efficiency of new technology. In the developeddigital technology, an integral indicator of quality is a generalizing indicator of the efficiency of the designed equipment from the standpoint of qualitative indicators of the technical level and economic characteristics. The innovative program "REENT" is designed to determine a generalized indicator of economic efficiency and an integral indicator of the quality of the designed equipment. The developed algorithm of the software calculation contains four stages and ensures the clarity and reliability of each of them, i.e. integral quality indicator, the minimum value of which is considered effective. The use of digital information technologies, in the form of software products in the educational process, increases the quality of training of specialists and brings them to a new level of performing production tasks.
