Cyclical factors in theory and methodology of management of innovative development of service entities

The authors give offers concerning development of the theory of management of innovative development of socioeconomic systems in service industry. Such development in conditions of uncertainty and risk demands the methodology considering the cyclical factors and principles of improvement the management quality. A controllable management mechanism based on these principles is developed. The mechanism is notable for its possibility to minimize the misbalance of opposite final quality characteristics of management in service industry.
