Cyclic complex compounds of plant origin

This article presents the isolation, identification, some properties and applications of natural cyclic complex compounds, the so-called crown esters. Crown ethers, from a chemical point of view, are heterocyclic compounds. Their originality lies in the fact that they are able to form cyclic macromolecules with various atoms.
