Существуют различные методы обнаружения циркулирующих опухолевых клеток в крови больных. Проведен анализ литературы, дана оценка преимуществ каждой из применяемых технологий. Основным показателем оценки являлись чувствительность и специфичность метода определения ЦОК. Для изучения оценки прогностической значимости определения опухолевых клеток в крови пациентов были изучены научные работы в базах Pubmed и eLibrary, а также работы из списков цитирования ключевых обзорных статей по данной теме.
