The cytological changes in the hemosynovia of knee joint after arthroscopic resection of menisci under the influence of different methods of the treatment

The cytosis and synoviocytograms in the hemosynovia of knee joint with 79 men between the ages of 18 and 60 after arthroscopic resection of meniscus have been studied. 38 patients of the I group had the special treatment by author’s method (the patents on invention of Russia №2457833 and №2460545), which was consisted of the lavage of the cavity of the operated joint with the +5°С cold sodium hydrocarbonate isotonic solution to the clear waters with the next intraarticular introduction 3,0 ml of the compound, consisting of solutions for injections of ascorbic acid 5%, unitiol 5% and novocaine 0,5%, taken in equal volumes. 41 patients of the II group had the intraarticular introduction 3,0 ml of solution for injections of novocaine 0,5%. It was determined that in the early after-operative period the cytological picture characteristic for the inflammatory changes has been observed, and the proprietary treatment remove these changes more effectively.
