Cytometric characteristics of cell differons of epithelium tissue of large intestine of piglets from birth till 45-days age

Carried out cytometric studies of microfibre epithelium (ME) of mouth and bottom of crypts of large intestine mucous membrane layer of piglets showed such results as: 1. the presence of certain correlation between discovered changes of cytometric figures and the beginning of feeding time with mix fodder SK 3 and SK 4 (pig's mix fodder) what is probably the result of specific functions which ME fulfill in the different parts of crypts under changing conditions of feeding; 2. the lack of clear correlation between cytometric figures changing of goblet crypt cells of large intestine mucous membrane layer and introducing in piglet diet mix fodders SK 3 and SK 4.
