Civilization foundations and perspectives of sustainable development of the Baikal region

The article deals with the human and technological aspects of innovation model of sustainable development of the Baikal natural territory. There are three program-conceptual approaches to the development of the Republic of Buryatia: a) noospheric development strategy, b) moral management system, c) idea of transformation of Republic of Buryatia into supporting region of Russia for testing issues of transition of Russia to the innovative model of sustainable development.
