In epidemiological study it was found, that mortality from primary malignant liver neoplasms among the personnel of "Mayak" complex for 35-45 years of follow-up is 13-14 per 105 person-year for men and women, respectively. Statistically significant excess of observed mortality over expected one is only in the women, who worked at the plant for plutonium production. This excess is caused by high frequency of haemangiosarcomas. The average value of alfa-gamma-dose to liver for the cases of haemangiosarcomas is 150 Sv. Excess Relative Risk of liver neoplasms (including haemangiosarcomas) for both sexes is 0.23 per 1 Sv.
