This article outlines basic regulations of long-term crediting. Long-term credit system is not developed in Russia because of lack of resources. Onerousness, urgency, differentiation, security are basic principles of long-term crediting. Most of all long-term loans are provided on the security of real estate, this can be explained by the high risks.
