COP29 in Azerbaijan: the future of ‘green’ energy and innovation

Most countries in the world have recently strengthened their environmental policies in order to move to a model where ecology is recognized as the engine of development, that is, the transition to a ‘green’ economy has been declared a priority. The author believes that for Azerbaijan, which seeks to strengthen its position as a regional leader, holding COP29 is an incentive toincrease the country’s contribution to global efforts to combat environmental problems.
