Risk factors for the development of psychoemotional disorders in patients with COVID-19

The increase in economic efficiency is associated with a reduction in the cost of psychopharmacotherapy (repeated prescriptions of medications prescribed for therapeutic purposes, as well as additional therapeutic and rehabilitation measures to eliminate complications and residual manifestations). The introduction of diagnostic algorithms and pharmacotherapy reduces the duration of relapses of diseases and disorders, as well as improves the quality of life of patients and, thus, reduces the frequency of hospitalizations, reduces hospital stay, costs of pharmacotherapy and taking expensive medications. After the implementation of the recommended diagnostic algorithm, an increase in the effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of mental pathologies caused by COVID-19 is expected. Scope of application: the data obtained are used for scientific and didactic purposes in the practice of neurology, psychology and psychiatry of the Andijan State Medical Institute and medical Institutes of the Republic as a basis for ensuring the socio-psychological norm.
