This article presents diseases of the mucous membrane and intraoral manifestations of such a somatic disease as COVID-19. COVID-associated diseases of the maxillofacial region are diverse and diverse, requiring the necessary knowledge from the dentist to provide the patient with highly qualified care. Changes in the maxillofacial region after a coronavirus infection can be both local and a manifestation of a decrease in the immune reactivity of the whole organism, or, conversely, capture other organs and systems with pathological phenomena in the oral cavity. The analysis of clinical cases is presented on the basis of the most frequent treatment of patients after COVID-19. Gaining experience in differential diagnosis, knowledge, skills, the doctor develops the main components for optimal management of this category of patients
