CRM marketing in the hotel business

Today, the hotel business is one of the most dynamically developing branches of the hospitality industry. However, the successful development of this industry becomes possible only if it is provided with a constant flow of customers. In this paper, we consider the features of the management of hostels. This is a budget segment of the hotel industry and the scale of their business is small. However, every year the popularity of hostels increases, as well as the competition between them. Therefore, each hostel owner is faced with the task of attracting and retaining customers as much as possible through information technology. These features are provided by the use of a CRM system. The article analyzes CRM systems that are currently most popular in the hotel business: Bitrix 24, AmoCRM, BnovoHotel, CLOFFHotel.
