The article presents the current requirements for CRM-systems in wholesale and dictated by the established practice of doing business in this area. The modern systems of customer relationship management presented in the domestic market are considered. Based on the formulated requirements for CRM-systems, the article provides a comparative analysis of software products and concludes that their functionality meets market requirements.
