Russian country settlements: expresis verbis in the law for the owner of the original land plot

The article discusses the origins of the legal regulation of relations on the formation of summer cottages on land plots formed from land shares acquired in the 1990s from members of collective farms and state farms. Based on the fact that the organization of the territory of gardening or dacha farming can give rise to not only rights, but also obligations for the owner of the land plot, the author substantiates the expresis verbis in the law for gardeners at the present stage.
