"Far Eastern hectare" as a vector of development small and medium enterprises

Far Eastern Federal district, the largest district with a convenient geopolitical location on the map. Despite this, a huge part of the territory is not used. It is for this that the government approved the far Eastern hectare program. This program in the concept assumes reduction of outflow of the population from the district, development of agriculture, improvement of life and dynamic development of business. The article deals with the provision of land and the main problems in obtaining and their development.
