Accounts receivable in electronic trading system of the Russian Federation: factors of dynamics and problems of collection

The article provides an overview of the market status of Internet trading in the Russian Federation. The study identifies the key regulated and unregulated factors (including distance selling risks) of the dynamics of accounts receivable in the system of domestic electronic trading. It determines the most important topical problems of its repayment, regulatory mechanism and foreclosure in particular.
