The article "Decentralization as the basis for building a unified ecosystem of Smart City TLS" focuses on the organization of mobility and the growth of transport systems at the meso level within smart cities. The article discusses the main approaches to the creation of an effective Transport Logistics and Communication (TLS) system in the context of total digitalization and the concept of sustainable development. The authors conclude that the formation of a unified TLS ecosystem is necessary to solve key tasks related to the coordination of control processes, service support, transformation and interaction, as well as transportation processes. The article suggests a decentralized approach to the development of this ecosystem, followed by the creation of a distributed TLS system in smart cities, which will allow for cost savings in deployment, maintenance, and scaling of the system.
