Decentralized approach as the basis for digital transformation of logistical supply chains of military products

The present paper contains a list of prerequisites for the implementation of a decentralized approach in the logistics system of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The strategic role of decentralization for the transformation of the logistics system of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is demonstrated. The main requirements for the digital infrastructure supporting the decentralized approach to supply chain management in the logistics system of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are described.
