Deformation of the legislator's professional legal awareness: theoretical and conceptual aspect

In legal science, approaches to the study of the deformation of the legislator’s professional legal awareness are divided into an analysis of individual forms and types, as well as a comprehensive study of this social phenomenon. The complexity of the study stems from the lack of a clear understanding of what it constitutes. The deformation of professional legal awareness has individual characteristics and lies in the psychological state of a person, their awareness and worldview, since under the same conditions the legal awareness of some is subject to deformation, while under others it is not. Among the factors contributing to the manifestation of professional deformation, objective, subjective and individual-personal factors are distinguished. The phenomenon under consideration is not inherent in a momentary occurrence. The practical significance of studying the deformation of the professional legal awareness of the legislator is to determine the impact of the deformation on the quality and result of legislative activity. The revelation of this link is necessary to develop possible measures to overcome the deformation and prevent legal conflicts, errors and gaps in the legislation.
