Activities of an advocate in evidence in the appellate court

The article is devoted to proving in the court of appeal. Various approaches are considered as to whether the parties are active subjects of evidence at the stage of appealing sentences. The conclusion is substantiated that the advocate has an obligation to appeal against illegal and unfair sentences, as well as the conclusion that the defender acts as an active subject of proof.
