In the submitted material, the author reveals little-known facts about the activity of the special judicial institutions - the revolutionary tribunals on the struggle against criminality in the beginning period of the new economic policy (1921-1922). The author proves that special judicial establishments in the period under consideration operated together with the developing local civil courts.
