The activity of pharmaceutical clusters in the context of the geopolitical crisis

The article analyzes the impact of the geopolitical crisis and sanctions restrictions on the Russian pharmaceutical industry, which solves the tasks of transforming logistics processes for the supply of medicines and substances to Russia, changing key suppliers and developing import substitution. The article reveals the role of pharmaceutical clusters in solving the problem of technological sovereignty of the country. Using the example of the cluster of pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies and biomedicine of the Kaluga region, the advantages of cluster development are analyzed, and the impact of the cluster on regional development is assessed.
