Activity of the museum of history of Saratov State Medical University name after V. I. Razumovsky as an important factor of educational process and familiarization with cultural heritage

The diverse aspects of activity of the museum of history of Saratov State Medical University are considered. The value of the museum in educational and scientifc processes is shown. The integrating function of the museum and also the mechanism of impact of its activity on familiarizing of students with cultural heritage, formation of competences and moral and esthetic installations are analyzed. On the basis of practical activities of the museum necessity of its integration with various structural divisions of the university is revealed.
