Activity of the IMF as problem of stability of the world financial system

In article the problem of activity of the IMF on the borrower countries on the example of Russia, Ukraine and also the African countries is considered. Studying of a problem happens to use of a complex of general scientific methods. The author comes to a conclusion that activity of the IMF on some countries can pose threat for financial stability of both these countries, and all world financial system.
