Activity of public universities on increasing the creativity of workers of industrial enterprises in the Tatar ASSR

The article deals with the activities of Public Universities of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in the late 1960s - 1980s. The article shows the success of Public's universities in raising the literacy level of Soviet people, promoting political and scientific knowledge, as well as problems of their development at different stages.
