Activity of the Nikolsk-Ussuriisk city self-management on development of the school education in the beginning of XX-th century

The article deals with the Nikolsk-Ussurijski municipal activity in the field of constructing a school education system in the beginning of 20-th century. The municipal administration expended one third of its budget on the school education. Being consistently working in this field, the municipal administration was ready enough to adopt a resolution in favor of a transmission to a general primary education. As for the Nikolsk-Ussurijski municipal activity in the field of developing a secondary school system, that when compared with the other Far East cities and towns can be considered as the best one.
