Activities of public organizations of Buryatia in the conditions of developing civil society (results of sociological research)

The article is devoted to the study of public organizations activities in the Republic of Buryatia in the conditions of developing civil society. Therefore, the nature and efficiency of interaction of public organizations between government authorities and other non-profit organizations have been considered. The negative and positive factors influencing the efficiency of non-profit public organizations have been revealed, the possible influence of power state authorities on the sphere of their activities has been evaluated. The nature, periodicity and forms of interaction between voluntary public organizations and government authorities of the Republic of Buryatia have been analyzed. The author proposes measures that can be undertaken by the authorities to improve the conditions of the activity of the public organizations. The features of personnel, opportunities for career development of employees are described and also moral and professional properties of members of public organizations are considered that influence on the raise of their professionalism.
