UN activities in the field of legal regulation of the procedures to facilitate international trade in the concept of «single window»

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of regulation of trade procedures at the international level in the concept of "single window". The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the "single window" mechanism is one of the tools in the national customs system aimed at facilitating trade procedures and has recently been actively implemented by countries around the world. In the article, we examined the contribution of the UNECE, the body that forms - recommendations, standards, other tools that make up the legal framework and are used by most states. We studied the recommendations of a subsidiary intergovernmental body - the UN Center for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business to improve the capabilities of business and administrative organizations, both in developed and developing countries and in countries with economies in transition. Following the Recommendations and the experience of other countries in using this system will allow other countries to reduce time, material, regulatory and other costs when implementing the “single window” mechanism.
