Activities of the militia agencies of ensuring the passport regime in the conditions of the Great Patriotic War (based on the materials of Altai territory)

Based on archival materials the article provides a historical and legal analysis of the main reasons that complicated the work of the militia agencies on strengthening the passport regime in the Altai territory during the Great Patriotic War; considers the main forms and methods used by militia officers in solving problems caused by the war, as well as the results of their activities.
