ATS activities in the occurrence of mass disorders

The right to hold public events is an integral element of the constitutional and legal status of a citizen of Russia. But sometimes, mass events can contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for riots. This article gives the concept of mass riots, analyzes the causes of mass riots, defines the tasks of the internal affairs bodies in the course of mass riots. The activity of the internal affairs bodies in the event of mass riots is analyzed. The conclusion is made about the need for timely solution of socio-economic and political problems that can cause riots.
