Activity of kitchen and auxiliary branches and military units of internal troops of the USSR Ministry of the Interior (1968-1991)

The author of the article tries to estimate the productive efficiency on auxiliary branches of internal troops' military units. He considers the legislation concerning the activity of such branches. The author analyses the managing activity of governmental bodies controlling such branches. He traces the trends in the activity of these branches depending on the current socio-political situation in the country.
