The President of the Russian Federation activities in management of the Russian Federation Government and other federal executive bodies: constitutional and legal aspects

The article is devoted to the issues of the President of the Russian Federation interaction with the Government of the Russian Federation and other executive bodies. It is proved that modern constitutional and legal doctrine; constitutional reforms and practice have led to the constitutionalization and institutionalization of the superpresidential powers in the sphere of public and especially executive power. It has been established that the President’s powers with respect not only to the federal but also to the regional executive powers are based on general leadership, coordination and control, fed on the political will of the Head of State, established legal custom and constitutional modernization of the Presidency.
