Activities of the psychological service in the context of the pandemic: development of the setting system

The work examines the content components of the psychological service setting system, as well as the main approaches to its implementation in psychological practice. The classical representation of it in psychotherapeutic practice as a special method expands to semantic, organizational, substantive, functional components of a systematic approach in the activities of a psychological service. The article reflects the features of the setting as a system education. The setting parameters as internal and external characteristics are presented in more detail in the review. The included processes are formed as effective interaction, the content of a special scenario, a temporary organizational component and a sense of time, a specific space, conditions and rules of joint activity, an atmosphere of cooperation. The analysis of the projection of the designated parameters and elements on the conditions of the organization of the effectiveness of psychological service and psychological practice is carried out. Significant connections of systemic formations with intrapersonal characteristics that are either dependent or transformed under the influence of these conditions are also considered. The paper touches on the features of the setting in the conditions of a pandemic and the remote work of a psychologist with a client. The existing organizational aspects of working with the client are supplemented by the rebuilt principles of their implementation in various conditions. Separately, attention is focused on working with the emotional sphere of the individual, his psychological culture.
