The activities of Russian and foreign higher education institutions from the position of client orientation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the activities of Russian and foreign higher educational institutions from the position of reflecting the principle of client-oriented. The definitions of the concepts of "benchmarking", "analysis of best practice" are considered. The methodology of best practice analysis is described. The main conclusions based on the results of the analysis of best practices are formulated. The article presents a client-oriented technology that is used in their activities by Russian and foreign higher education institutions.
