Activity of the courts on permission labour and receivership proceeding in the Siberian village in the 2nd half of the 1920s

In article work of judicial authorities on regulation of civil legal relationship in the Siberian village in the 2 nd half of the 1920s is considered. The structure of judicial production in Siberia on civil cases is shown, main types of civil disputes are allocated. Activity of the courts on ensuring the state pressure upon the peasantry during «hlebozagotovitelny» campaigns in the late twenties by means of collecting debt from country farms is considered.
