The cultural institutions’ activity in the pandemic conditions

The article provides the analysis of the activities of the municipal cultural institutions of Ulan-Ude city during the transition to distance work in connection with the COVID-19 coronovirus pandemic and gives the comparison with the period of time before the introduction of restrictive measures. On the basis of the studied data, the application of new information and communication forms and technologies of organizing the creative process in the conditions of the remote access is described. The article identifies a number of problems typical of the most cultural institutions during the introduction of full and partial restrictions of social contacts.
