Activity of the Zamoskovny mining directorial board on regulation of the property rights and forms of administration of factory production

The paper attempts to research activities of Zamoskovny mining district in the end of XVIII - middle of XIX century to regulate the property rights and forms of administration of factory production. The selected object of study is interesting both in terms of analysis of the experience of forms of regional-sectoral management in Russia, and from the position of analysis of the upgrading factors of the mining industries connected with the transition from proto-industrial to industrial stage.
