Activity-related approach to teaching Russian language in aspect of creation of a new textbook

The article is devoted to the theory of Russian Language textbook creation on the conditions of modifications of educational standards. In this article some textbook functions are considered, differences from other types and genres of educational literature are revealed. The potential of new approaches to learning Russian is investigated.
