Decabrist G. S. Batenkov: reconstruction of his biography

The article is devoted to the life of Gabriel Stepanovich Batenkov, a Decembrist from Siberia. He's been in solitary for 20 years. After lived in Tomsk, where he left a significant mark. Thanks to him, a large number of buildings were built, and also strengthened the embankment of the ushayki river, built a wooden bridge over it.
