Decomposition of tworate models of controllable and observable systems

A method of integral manifolds is applied to study of twotempo nonlinear systems. The use of this method permits us to solve a problem of decomposition of two-rate controllable and observable systems. Controllability, observability and stabilisability of these systems is investigated. The application of the method is illustrated on example.
