Deliberative politics in Jurgen Habermas’s theory of communicative action

The aim of the research is to study the deliberative politics in the theory of communicative action developed by the German scholar Jürgen Habermas. Both the deliberative politics and the theory of communicative action of J. Habermas are poorly studied in the scientific spheres. The contradictory assessment of the theory of communicative action by the foreign and particularly national scholars during the Soviet times, as well as the urgent political, economical and social problems that the new states of the former Soviet Union faced, kept from the thorough research of the ideas, which J. Habermas introduces into scientific discourse. Even more so, the application of the communicative action theory for rationalization of the social and political order.
