The widespread distribution of robotic technologies requires regulation of cases where a robot has caused harm to an individual or legal entity. This issue requires an analysis of the phenomenon of the robot’s tort capacity and artificial intelligence in general. The fact that AI today cannot be called a subject of law does not mean the absence of legal liability for the harm caused by it. For such cases, it is necessary to develop a matrix of liability of legal entities that influence the results of AI work. Without being an exhaustive presentation of all options for solving this problem, this article invites you to reflect on this topic. After all, the issue of the legal consequences of harm caused by artificial intelligence is not purely theoretical, but directly affects the prospects for the spread of digital technologies.
