The principle of gender equality in the Russian legal system

The use of the category of the legal system in the analysis of legal phenomena makes it possible, in contrast to the similar use of the category of the legal system, to consider the principle of gender equality not only from the point of view of legislation, but also from the point of view of the practice of its application - both in guardianship and guardianship authorities and in courts. At the same time, the legal consciousness of the legislator and the law enforcement officer is taken into account, including the ratio of the legal ideology expressed in legislation and the legal psychology that actually exists in the bodies of administrative jurisdiction and in the courts.
