Demographic changes and extremist criminality trends: the foreign and domestic experience

The article analyzes the patterns of extremist criminality and its dependence on demographic changes. It is concluded that quantitative characteristics of extremist criminality don't depend on the migration balance through the foreign and domestic experience. This is due to major deficiencies of state supervision in the matter of population migration and the lack of law enforcement agencies uniform approach to the assessment of extremist acts, their recording and registration.
