Formation and use of resources for the labour work in the Komi Republic

The article deals with the dynamics of population of the Komi Republic and its conditionality by migratory and reproductive components, peculiarities of sexage structure of the population and degree of its economic activity, an occupation level of resources for labour and their professional competence, the changes occurring in these characteristics of the population and the factors which determine these changes, problems of professional training and conformity of its structure to requirements of innovative development of economy.
