Democratization as a factor of Russia's self-determination

Democracy is a complex form not only of institutions but also of managerial procedures, i. e. the rules of the political game. It is difficult to extrapolate some universal rules of democratic governance, since it is impossible to escape from the cultural and historical identity of certain nation or region in which these rules are fitted with regard to regional, national and local peculiarities. It is also because of the multiplicity of democracy models themselves. Modernization and development of Russian democracy model coincide not only in their ultimate goal namely the transformation of Russia into an advanced and the most attractive country for the life.
