Democratization: its factors and effectiveness

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of democratization, its factors and vectors. The comparative study of these aspects, made by some political analysts from different countries, makes it possible to draw up the conclusion, that the transition from the undemocratic regimes, that took place in different states during the last decades, are so special, that it is impossible to find out any common logic of transformation and to bring it to one of the models. At the same time democratization is becoming more and more multi-way process, being influenced by numerous factors. Today it is very difficult to talk about successful final of democratization as well as about the developing of the consolidated democracy because the process of democratization very often appears to be the incomplete one.
