Demotivation of personnel and the methods of combating it

Demotivation - the actual problem in modern society and the need to deal with it competently and sensitively. Without motivation, rewards and incentives management of the company is a waste of time and money. Staff - "skeleton" of the company, without which any financial activity, even the most elementary, becomes impracticable. The article discusses the intrinsic motivation and demotivation of staff causes demotivation of staff and ways to prevent it.
