Monetary reform in Turkestan in 1921

The article is devoted to the financial and economic activities of the Bol-sheviks in Turkestan in 1918– 1921. It analyzes the main stages of preparation and implementation of monetary reform aime at improving the exchange. The role of the Turkestan People’s Commissar of Finance S. M. Izmailov is shown in the reform of the currency.
